I havnt been in the z under power in almost 4 years, but most power locks behave like that when car is off and key in ignition, so thats where i would start. Otherwise you could bite the bullet, pull the dash and replace the harness. Will probably be faster than tracking each issue sepparately. If you decide to try and fix, you'll need a multimeter with extra long leads, and a lot of patients. Good luck!
